Anelena brings around 10 years of experience in legal administration and HRM. As our Consulting Director (Immigration, Employment & Practice Management), she plays a pivotal role in assisting our efficient deliverables in her areas of specialization.

Her career spans service in international legal firms and educational institutions, with sound expertise in immigration compliance, employment, client and management, and practice management. Anelena holds key positions at our cooperating law firm, RE&B Attorneys, managing human resources and immigration services across multiple jurisdictions. Her extensive background also includes co-founding a non-profit educational foundation and serving as a university professor, where she has guided postgraduate students in their academic and professional development.

Anelena holds a Master’s in Family Education, a postgraduate degree in Direction of Educational Entities, and a Bachelor’s in Education. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
