About ICDRO

CORPORATE STRUCTURE & OWNERSHIP: Since March 23rd, 2023, ICDRO - International Court of Dispute Resolution Online ("ICDRO"), as a private ADR online ADR court has functioned as a semi-autonomous Committee, or Division of ABS&P International Law Firm ("ABS&P"), a division of Alexander Byrne Sidhu & Partners SA which is registered in the National Registry of Costa Rica, Number: 3-101-814796, as a corporation providing legal and allied business services regulated under the Commercial Code of Costa Rica.

HISTORY: ICDRO is a former division of Vantage10 Panel of Mediators & Experts which was approved as a professional organisation by His Majesty’s Government’s Tax Authority’s (HMRC) List 3. In 2023, it was transferred to ABS&P to operate as a quasi-autonomously as an online ADR court. Since September 2023, ICDRO's services have been limited to ADR Policy Advisory, Nomination and Early Neutral Evaluation.

BOARD OF ADVISORS:
ICDRO maintains a Board of Advisors ("BOA") whose members are the Council Members of ICDRO. The BOA is headed by the President of the Board of Advisors. Where invited, or of its own volition (in accordance with ICDRO's (private ADR court) Rules, the BOA is able to provide advice on matters concerning the corporate operation of ICDRO excluding all and any matters concerning its financial management. However, the BOA and its individual members have no liability of any kind whatsoever for the corporate or financial decisions of ICDRO and their advice or decisions, whilst informative for ICDRO as a division of ABS&P International Law Firm, are not binding upon it in any way unless they are adopted.

FEES: ICDRO's primary mission and policy are to deliver its services on a pro bono basis as a 100% Online ad hoc ADR court available worldwide. It is resolved to cover all its operational costs by way of invited voluntary donations from the parties it serves.
