Why Choose Us?

At ABS&P. we specialize in delivering a seamless, one-stop litigation and ADR strategy and management service for corporates and individuals navigating complex disputes that span borders.

Here are some good reasons for choosing us!

24 /7 Availability and Dedicated Senior Managing Lawyer: Our dedicated team operates 24/7 to provide targeted, actionable guidance, ensuring you have the confidence to tackle multi-jurisdictional challenges. From the outset, a senior partner serves as your single point of contact, overseeing all advisory and execution aspects to streamline communication and drive results.

Expert Management of Foreign Counsel and Experts: Where appropriate and necessary, we expertly manage outside specialist foreign counsel and experts in the relevant jurisdictions, rigorously ensuring their efforts align with your objectives and our high standards for consistency, efficiency, and success. By acting as your representative, we oversee the quality of deliverables from local counsels and experts in matters involving multiple jurisdictions, filling the crucial gap where clients might otherwise coordinate disparate efforts on their own.

Deep Knowledge of World Jurisdictions: With strong expertise in comparative law and a comprehensive understanding of jurisdictions worldwide, from civil, common, and Sharia systems to their intersections with international frameworks like UNCITRAL and the New York Convention, ABS&P offers precise operational information on legal processes, risks (including corruption vulnerabilities), and opportunities tailored to our client’s needs.

What Sets Us Apart from Competitors: Unlike competitors who rely on pre-appointed local associates, we deliberately avoid fixed in-house lawyers in every jurisdiction, as this can limit flexibility and predetermine suboptimal choices. Instead, we always select the absolute best experts in their field to work with us for your specific matter and engage them to work under our guidance as your representative, thereby preserving the freedom to leverage top-tier talent anywhere in the world.

Pioneering ADR with ICDRO: In ADR, our affiliated organization, ICDRO (International Court of Dispute Resolution ONLINE), stands as an unashamed champion of alternative dispute resolution, promoting efficient, confidential methods like mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. ICDRO is readily available to provide nominations, ENE, policy advice and implementation support for states and large organizations, drawing on the expertise and experience our senior experts such as James Corbett KC, Rt. Hon. Sir Robert Buckland KC, Jane Gunn and Dr Paul Chiy.

Our Elite Team of Senior Lawyers: Our key team members are seasoned senior lawyers, specially trained in cross-border litigation advisory and management, who can also deliver direct local assistance in their qualified jurisdictions when regulations permit, bridging gaps that others leave uncoordinated.

Join the many clients who are happy they trusted ABS&P to be their critical partner in turning cross-border complexities into clear paths forward.

Spotlight on Jane Gunn, Deputy President of ICDRO - International Court of Dispute Resolution ONLINE

We are delighted to spotlight Jane Gunn, Deputy President of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Online (ICDRO) and former President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, whose work as an international mediator and author aligns seamlessly with ICDRO’s mission to enhance access to commercial justice globally. Jane’s expertise and dedication to fostering resolution through wisdom make her an invaluable leader in this cause.

Jane’s book, “The Mole and the Mountain", is a profound guide to navigating conflict and cultivating wisdom. Jane’s book is a template for acquiring this wisdom. It is written in the language of metaphor, as opposed to the language of fact, as befits a search for wisdom. We consider her book to be a compass that will help our clients and associates find their own true North and an insightful work that empowers readers to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and resolution.

We proudly support visionaries like Jane and recommend her book "The Mole and the Mountain" which is available on Amazon.

Regulation, Associates, Awards & Recognitions

Client Spotlight: Justin Weisweiller and "Ronald Mack Chaucer’s Gatwick Tales"

We at ABS&P International Law Firm, are proud to support creative minds in navigating the complexities of intellectual property law. One such success story comes from author Justin Weisweiller, whose innovative book, Ronald Mack Chaucer’s Gatwick Tales, reimagines Geoffrey Chaucer's classic Canterbury Tales in a modern airport setting. In this satirical epic, a group of delayed travelers at Gatwick Airport compete in a storytelling contest, blending iambic pentameter with wordplay, parodies, and hundreds of clever nods to literature, film, and culture.

Justin approached us for expert guidance on IP compliance, given the book's extensive references and homages. As he shared in his testimonial:

"Since the book includes parodies and contains hundreds of nods, homages and references to a wide range of other works, I needed clear advice on IP compliance. Plenty of books and online sources give bland generic advice on what variables affect compliance, but an author needs to know ‘Which side of the line does this specific reference fall?’ Only Dr Andre Alexander at ABS&P International Law Firm was able to give me clear and actionable answers so I could decide where to alter the text, where to add or extend attributions and where I could leave the text unchanged. I was very grateful for the speed, comprehensiveness, clarity and precision of the responses, and the willingness to clarify or expand on initial answers where necessary. Thanks to Dr Alexander’s clear, explanatory style, I was able to start learning for myself where the boundaries lie and increasingly answer my own remaining questions by extrapolating from answers I had already received. ‘Asking one question to answer ten’ contributed greatly to the cost-efficiency that a first-time self-publishing author needs."

Our assigned senior lawyer, Dr Andre Alexander, provided tailored, precise advice that empowered Justin to confidently self-publish while ensuring full compliance. This collaboration highlights our commitment to delivering efficient, client-focused IP solutions for artists and authors. You can purchase Ronald Mack Chaucer’s Gatwick Tales on Amazon UK and Amazon US.

Helping Children in Need

We are proud to support the Anak Terlantar Foundation, a small but deeply committed organisation working to transform the lives of children who have been orphaned, abandoned, or otherwise left without care. Since its establishment in 1995, the Foundation has offered safe havens and brighter futures to vulnerable children through direct support for projects, homes, and individual needs.

Through its Thrive Social Justice Fund, ABS&P contributes grants to Anak Terlantar and helps raise awareness of its vital work—particularly in Indonesia, where the Foundation currently supports medical initiatives and provides annual funding to the Eagle’s Nest Orphanage in Semarang. We are inspired by the Foundation’s hands-on approach and its unwavering commitment to dignity, care, and opportunity for every child it serves.
